1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Bring 1/2 cup sugar and3 tbsp. water to a boil over a medium heat, brushing down sides of pan with a wet pastry brush until sugar is dissolved. Cook, without stirring, 8 minutes or until mixture turns golden amber color. Meanwhile, cook whipping cream and 2 tbsp.butter over medium-low heat until butter is melted. Pulse 3 or 4 times until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg yolks. Pulse 3 or 4 times, just until dough comes together. Press dough in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with pretzels, pressing lightly into dough.

3.Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.

4. Heat chocolate morsels and condensed milk over low heat. for5-8 minutes., stirring constantly, melted and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pour over cooled crust. Spoon carmel through fudge with a knife for a marbled design. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Cut in to 36 pieces, and your ready for yumness!
